⚠️ WARNING! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER OR TRUST THIS PLATFORM! BEWARE! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this seller and this platform. My experience has been absolutely outrageous, and I consider the way my case was handled to be nothing short of a scam! I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from this seller. When they arrived, they were far too small — approximately 1.5 sizes smaller than expected. I have never had problems with shoe sizing before, and I almost never return shoes. However, these were simply impossible to wear. I requested a return, only to discover that CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EVEN WHEN THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT! In my case, shipping the shoes back from Portugal cost me €20 out of my own pocket! Despite this, I followed every single instruction. I returned the shoes, provided the shipping receipt, uploaded a photograph of the receipt, and submitted pictures of the properly packaged parcel — exactly as requested. And what happened next? They claimed that I had not provided sufficient evidence and told me I would have to wait until the seller received the returned package before they could issue my refund. THE SELLER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE — AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! Their excuse? They claimed that the return deadline had expired! THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I shipped the package back immediately, and it was delivered within just 10 days, well within the required timeframe. So let me get this straight: I paid for the shoes, paid another €20 to return them, followed every instruction, provided photographic evidence, and returned the product on time. Now the seller has both my money and the shoes, while I am left with absolutely nothing! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? To make matters even worse, this platform provides virtually no way to contact a real person. No accessible manager, no proper customer support phone number, no direct email address, and no meaningful assistance when something goes wrong. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! In my opinion, this is fraudulent treatment of customers. The seller has received the returned merchandise and is refusing to return my money based on an excuse that directly contradicts the delivery timeline. I FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED AND ROBBED! I am sharing my experience to warn other customers before they lose their money too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING THROUGH THIS PLATFORM! This item was supposed to be a Uk size 7 but arrived as UK size 6. I made a request for a refund & i followed the instruction of return to which I have proof of via tracking receipt & photograph of returned product like the seller requested. I emailed the seller with the evidence they required asking about my refund & still waiting for a reply! I'm so frustrated as I paid €137 for these apart from another €40 to send them back to the seller I'm so annoyed by this & the lack of contact with Joom in general is absolutely horrendous they make it so so difficult to have any communication or follow up.. Can someone please advise what I can do further with this? Even for the seller to make contact with me or even send me another pair in the correct size

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally request a return and a full refund for the shoes I purchased I have received the product, but I am not satisfied with it and I wish to exercise my right to return it within the legal timeframe. I have been trying to reach your customer service through various channels but have not received any response so far. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a UK size 6, but the shoes I received are labelled as US size 6, so they are much too small. This is not what was advertised. The delivery was also extremely slow. I placed my order on 18 July and didn’t receive it until 1 August. On top of that, the shoes were shipped from China, which was not made sufficiently clear when I ordered. Overall, the sizing was incorrect, the delivery time was unacceptable, and the product did not match the description. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor shopping experience, and I would not recommend this seller.

I placed my order 10th May but didn't receive it until 27th May. The trainers were too big. I requested to return them. I had one day to do this as I was flying out to spain late afternoon on 28th May. I didnt get a response for a few days. I left the trainers with a friend to return them but the seller wanted proof with a photo of my feet along with the insole, asked me to sketch around my foot on a piece of paper to see they didn't fit me and asked me to send multiple photos of the trainers and size issue. I had 14 days to do this by sending them back to Hong Kong! How ridiculous!!

I would avoid this company at all costs. They are a rip off. I wanted to change my item for a bigger size meaning I would have to return item. I packaged item to return it and replace for bigger size but it would cost me €30 its a complete joke. Make sure you check returns policy prior to purchase. The size I ordered is my usual size but these did not fit making me question are these authentic Nike product. I would have been better going to the local market. I still have the product in the original packaging with labels still on as cannot wear them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The shoes I received are not authentic. I compared them with the genuine version of the same model, and several details are clearly different: the laces do not match, the ventilation holes on the inner side of the shoes are missing, and the exterior detailing is incorrect. In particular, the areas around the branding and the “GEL Adventure” lettering should be slightly raised and rounded, but they are flat on the pair I received. These discrepancies make it clear to me that these shoes are counterfeit. Very disappointing.

After trying the model for 69eur in the Nike Outlet shop there was no needed size, so we found on Joom for 70eur, paid 74 with delivery, so without any doubt that it may be fake, as the price was same. The product received is surely fake, has bad quality: glue out, some parts bad cut. Joom has to inform that sells fake, without loosing buyers time for return and remboursement. By the way, possible customers should be aware, that today is the fifth day I am waiting for the answer from Joom about my request of return.
