1. Parcel was not handed to me, but left behind at my frontdoor. It laid there unattended. I found it later in good order, so no complaint. Several unknown persons have passed by the parcel and left it untouched. 2. My appartmentnumber is 80. On the address line the digits 8 (eight) and 0 (zero) are printed very similar. The digit 0 (zero) has a diagonal almost horizontal stripe through the digit. This makes the digit 0 (zero) look similar to the digit 8 (eight). The deliverer figured it out correctly and placed the parcel at the right frontdoor. The deliverer had my personal name, which is printed on the parcel and on my frontdoor, to check he made the right decision. Maybe the difference between the digits 8 (eight) and 0 (zero) could be made more clearly. That means the stripe through the digit 0 (zero) more diagonal.
This mirror set does not fit. The mirror caps are the same size. I have a right-hand drive car, and the passenger mirror is slightly larger. They have not allowed for this very big mistake. Tried to get a refund and Joom just takes you around in circles. Do not buy this!
I received the wrong CANBUS module. The one I got does not match the one shown in the product photo. It is incompatible with my head unit and does not work properly with my Mitsubishi ASX. I need the correct CANBUS module as shown in the listing.
The hose material is not very stiff and lacks reinforcement. The vacuum compresses the hose, preventing the PCV valve from working properly. I don't recommend it. I had to throw the hose in the trash. Risk of damaging the engine seals.
The part arrived completely damaged, with both plastic clips broken inside the package, making it completely unusable. Please let me know what you plan to do to resolve this.
The product was grey instead of black as ordered. The plastic is of wrong quality and break when used. Clearly made in a 3D-printer in someone’s home.
The hose cannot be used for its intended purpose, with the engine running, the hose flattens. It cannot withstand negative pressure (vacuum).
