AFDB Frosted Lattice Window Film is designed to give a traditional and contemporary style to your windows and doors, whether for some privacy, to block out an unsightly view or for decorative purposes. Besides prevent UV rays, it can also cut out a large proportion of the unwanted glare, whilst still allowing natural light to pass through. It will work on any smooth glass surface and can be used anywhere in the home, requires no additional cleaning and can be installed at a fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions: 1. How to deal with the air bubbles? Use a hard plastique squeegee or any plastic card to squeegee air bubbles and water. If you find it's hard to get rid of the bubbles, uncover the window film, spray more water between the glass and the film and squeegee firmly again. Water will make it much easier to remove bubbles.

2. Why the film fall off after a while? Please check if you have removed the liner, trimmed the edges or squeegeed excess water and bubbles.

Leave a 1/16" wide gap around the four perimeter edges of the film. This gap is essential for the proper thermal expansion of the glass and allows you to completely squeegee the water and air from under the film. The blade or the knife for cutting the film is not sharp, resulting in deformation at the edge of the film. NOTE: Film can dull a blade edge quickly; and a dull blade can tear film.

3. Can I remove the film at a later stage? Absolutely. Our blackout film is removable and reusable. You can just simply peel the film off the glass in seconds with no mess.

4. How to peel off the backing liner? All static cling films have a liner, but some are clear and hard to see at first glance. If you can't separate the liner from the film, place a piece of scotch tape on both sides of the sheet, fold the tape over to create tabs, and use the tabs to separate the two sides.

Get the Rain Glass Look with AFDB Rain Glass Window Film! Static Cling The rain glass window film is made out of a durable vinyl material which is scratch and tear resistant. There is no adhesive gel material involved which means no sticky or messy residue is left behind on the surface The static window clings can be applied to a smooth, clean, and non porous surface. It's ideal for rented properties or for temporary privacy requirements. UV ProtectionOur window film blocks up to 97% of UV (ultraviolet) rays from getting into your home. The decorative glass film can protect your floors, window treatments, artwork, furnishings, and store merchandise from fading and damaging. The privacy window film works as a shield for UV rays. It still allows natural light in but blocks ultraviolet rays out.

Questions And Answers: How to Peel Off the Clear Backing Film ? (The hottest question)

Step 1 - Wet one window film corner and use your fingers to twist it for a while to loosen the attachment between the window film and clear backing film. Step 2 - Please attach a sticky tape to the side of the clear backing film corner (we have also attached a small green sticky tape on each roll of window film for your convenience), and then press it for effective attachment. Step 3 - And then you are able to separate the clear backing film from the window film easily.

HOW TO INSTALL THE WINDOW FILM? Before You Begin: 1. Make a wetting solution.

Wetting solution is the secret ingredient to a smooth, seamless installation. Make a solution by adding 8 drops of a mild, non-moisturizing dish detergent (do not use hand soap) to a 32-oz. spray bottle filled with clean water. Mix well.

2. Make a work-space.

Give yourself enough space to work. You will need enough flat surface to lay out the film for measuring, cutting, marking and prep. Work in a dust-free area. Turn off fans. Step 1: Carefully measure the height and width of the glass surface. Step 2: Cut the film to the dimensions, leaving an extra 1 inch around all sides. You'll be able to trim the edges down to size in the final step. Step 3: Thoroughly clean the surface of the glass to remove any trace of dust, grime and grease. Step 4: Slowly peel back the liner, wetting the static side of the film very thoroughly as you peel down. Step 5: Thoroughly spray and soak the glass surface and the static side of the film with the water mixture. Wetter is better! Step 6: Pick up the film by the top corners, keeping it straight and level. Place the wet film onto the wet surface. Step 7: Slide a squeegee over the wet film to smooth out and press the film against the glass. Squeegee from the center moving out, pushing bubbles and wrinkles out as you go. Step 8: In one smooth, continuous motion, trim the excess film from the edges using the hard card and a razor knife.
