Got something totally different!! Don't even know what it is ... Can't contact JOOM help centre, from desktop This sucks. Probably be the end of ordering on this platform. Very disappointed People can make mistakes, that's not th issue. But I can not reach out ... At last I found a button, but it's not where you'd expect it. Refund has been given. This is okay, but ordering again would kost another fee in transport, so ... Anyway, they've given the money back, which is great.
