Total disappointment, yesterday, March 23rd, the order I've been waiting for for some time was delivered. This is the second time I've ordered this product and unfortunately the story repeats itself just like the first time, I was delivered something completely different. The failure of the first delivery, where the ordered product did not match the delivered product at all, I classified as an accident, but when the accident repeats itself with the same product, from the same manufacturer, I can no longer say it's an accident but a repeated mistake. When a mistake is repeated, it is a problem that the customer certainly cannot accept anymore. The rating for this delivery can only be very bad, as I said, total disappointment, I am waiting to receive the answer regarding the refund of the money. The PRODUCT IMAGE and the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION are MISLEADING. The PAIR OF SHOES I received is made of PLASTIC and SYNTHETIC and therefore has absolutely nothing to do with the item description.. NO LEATHER SHOE NO SEAMS NO QUALITY ONE STAR IS TOO MANY for this IMPUDENCE! The item is being returned! I ADVISE AGAINST THE PURCHASE! THIS IS A 2 EURO PRODUCT!

A bit tight even on slim feet. Nevertheless, the model ordered is not the one received. This is the 2nd time the seller "makes a mistake" in my order. The pumps of the model have a small, short, and thin heel, the one received is a block heel, in other words the opposite. I don't like it and it's not the model in the photo. The seller refunded me the full amount, a good commercial gesture.

What I ordered was a yellow string shoe, what they delivered was a Zara gold shoe. I never ordered for a gold shoe from Zara. I sent an email to them, if I don't hear from them I will report it to trade pilot that Joom is a scam. I'm waiting to hear from them

Completely different from the photos. Total and utter rip off. I want my money back and I'll very happily return the cheap looking rubbish I was unfortunate to receive. Do not buy this product.

The product does not match the one ordered and they haven't even processed the return. I bombarded them with messages without ever receiving a response. I will never buy again! 🤬

These are just lovely and comfy only wore them round the house when I tried them on and they seam really comfy and look nice on ,,love um 😍
