Heavenly Scent: We capture a special wildflower scent in every Really Raw Honey jar to bring you the energy of nature. Capping: A golden honey cap forms inside the jar. It is made of crunchy honeycomb, pollen, and propolis, and can be chewed like gum. Naturally Provided: Really Raw Honey is not heated or processed. You can enjoy the smooth, rich texture just as nature's gift from the bees. Really Raw: Bees Rest in Winter! Really Raw never relocates its bees to pollinate commercial crops. We maintain the health of our bees by employing low-stress traditional beekeeping methods and pollinating locally only during the season. We strictly manage the entire process and never store honey in containers for long periods. For over 40 years, we have been hand-collecting fresh honey annually in the United States and bottling it directly from the hive.
