I ordered a pair of shoes of the V-train model, but I received the V-Trail model instead.. There is an error on your website regarding the name of this product, which also led to an error in the shoe size received. Therefore, the product delivered absolutely does not match what I wanted to buy.. As the product is non-compliant, I request a full refund for this order.
Iron didn't work and I did not recie e the sandles but joom keep saying I did and case closed they were expensive for what they were and I paid and didn't get them I have been messaging customer care ever since and all I get is automating service and repeat questions but no answers I find it all rude and to be honest they stole my money
There is no height increasing sole eventhough thats how it is described. The shoes are flat so basically you can get these shoes anywhere. The only thing that would have made these shoes stick out from other similar shoes would have been The inner height increasing sole but since that was not the case. I would not recommend these shoes.

I ordered the shoes in brown (they weren't sold out at the time). They were delivered in white. Unfortunately, they are much too small. I have a EU size 37 and ordered a 38. I can't even get into the shoe. I think I need at least a size 40!
