Of course. For a review on Joom, I would make it strong but fact-based, so it has a higher chance of being published and is credible for other buyers.: SCAM — I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT THE ONE I BOUGHT I am very disappointed with this purchase. I specifically ordered the 8 oz MICHE gel, which was the product shown in the advertisement and for which I paid. However, I received a completely different product, of very poor quality, with a very poor presentation, and whose content is only 3.5 oz, instead of the 8 oz that corresponded to the product I bought.. The most outrageous thing is that, after complaining and requesting a refund of my money, Joom only refunded me €16.50 out of the €33 I paid. Why do I have to pay for a product I never bought and that is also of much lower quantity and quality?? I have tried to solve the problem with customer service, but no one takes responsibility nor offers me a suitable solution.. I consider this an abuse towards the consumer. They charged me for an 8 oz MICHE product and sent me something else of only 3.5 oz, and they still kept half of my money.. I do not recommend buying this product nor trusting Joom until they resolve situations like this. I want the €16.50 they still owe me to be refunded.

Furthermore, I see that I am not the only one unhappy with the number of products received. Apparently, this is a recurring issue with you.
Lightstick won't turn on despite full batteries. The complaint and return were requested via support immediately after receipt and functional testing. As it appears, there is no response. Every time it is sent, everything in support starts over again. This is more than annoying.! I'm curious if anything else will happen. I do have hope because of the positive reviews. ADDITIONAL: I wrote to the seller, who to my delight replied immediately.. Everything went super. Received money back!
The photo on the seller's website shows a real Citizen watch that is both eco-drive and radio-controlled, with all the specifications listed, meaning that the seller is selling the buyer a real watch of the listed model and not a copy of this model. This is misleading the buyer into buying a counterfeit product under a well-known name. The watch on the left side of the photo which I uploaded is a real Blue Angels Citizen watch, not the one on the right side.

The images in the advertisement clearly show 3D figures (Funko Pop style / actual minifigures with volume). However, what arrives are flat acrylic pieces with an image or photo printed on top in 2D. The product description does not specify at any point that they are not figures with relief or volume. For €37, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I have initiated the claim for a refund. I do not recommend it.
