KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM125 4.8L Planetary Mixer

Multifunctional planetary mixer with a tilt-head and metal body, designed for whipping, aerating, and kneading dough. The drive socket on the head allows you to expand the scope of work to additional kitchen activities.

• The all-metal, die-cast construction ensures stability and durability when working with heavy loads.

• Direct drive based on gears instead of a V-belt transfers engine power directly to tools and attachments, reducing energy loss and quieting operation.

• Planetary tool movement – rotation around its own axis and simultaneously around the circumference of the bowl – ensures precise aeration of the mixture without leaving any unmixed spots.

• The 67-point planetary mixing system causes the tool to repeatedly approach the bowl walls in a single cycle, penetrating its entire volume.

• Gradual speed regulation allows you to adjust the speed from gentle mixing to intense whipping.

• The drive socket on the head face is easily accessible, simplifying the installation of driven attachments.

• Streamlined shapes and high-temperature varnish make it easier to keep the housing clean and reduce susceptibility to mechanical damage.

• Whipping cream, egg whites, mayonnaise, meringue and sponge cakes

• Yeast dough: challah, pizza, rye bread, as well as pasta and angel wings dough

• Sponge cakes, gingerbread, pierogi dough and cheesecake masses

• Custard and butter creams, mashed potatoes, kneading minced meat and pâté mass

Material and technology

• The body is made of zinc die-cast, This ensures that the housing and mechanism are uniformly rigid and can withstand loads without sagging.
