Subject: Product Defect / Refund Request for Nutribullet Rx Blade Hello Joom Support Team, I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase of a replacement blade for the Nutribullet Rx 1700W (Order Number: WDPD6NN8 I received the product recently, but it is completely defective and unsafe to use. After only three (3) normal uses, the blade assembly started leaking liquid. The leak is coming directly from the central bearing area, and the leaking liquid is dark/greyish, which indicates that the internal bearing grease is mixing with the food.. This is a severe manufacturing defect that makes the item completely unusable and dangerous for food preparation. I have attached the photos/videos showing the leak. Good day, I would like to complain about the delivery of my order. I am very disappointed that my package was delivered so far from my home address, even though there are three collection points in the immediate vicinity of my apartment.. I don't understand why my package couldn't be delivered to one of the closer stations. For me, it means an unnecessary extra trip and a lot of effort to pick up the package at the distant collection point.. Therefore, I kindly ask you to consider one of the pickup stations near my residential address for future deliveries, if possible.. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything perfect as I imagined. Unfortunately, the microphone does not work? When I try to turn the microphone on and off, there is some noise. But there is no sound. But after a while it works. The order took 24 days to arrive (within the expected period). The material of the product is very robust, resistant but without compromising adaptability to the shape of the headphones! It adapts perfectly to my headphones (I bought size S for headphones that are 70mm in diameter). I am satisfied and recommend!

The Ear pads are comfortable, no red ears after hours of usage. They have very good noise suppresion (better that the old ones) The sticky tape is not applied on the back side of pad, so I had to use my own double sided tape. After weeks of usage, they are like new.

" COLOR : AS IN THE PICTURE " That is written in the description. Same as the picture? IN THE IMAGE THERE ARE NO TRANSLUCENT ... Disappointment with the manufacturer. I bought this item because of the color and I don't plan to wait a month for the correct one to be shipped to me.
