Joom requires the return at your own expense, for 17.49 euros, to Portugal. MISLEADING also THROUGH JOOM ! Allegedly, the seller is located in China, according to Joom, however, in Portugal, now I even found a third company, in Madrid, Spain. Joom is like Temu - ONLY SCAM !!! Joom asked me to open the bag and the seller only sent 2 screws and 2 dowels, NO SWING & NO HOOKS !!! CLEAR FRAUD ! And WHAT does the customer who looks at the picture and the item description buy?
Product quality excellent. The problem is the shipping management by Poste Italiane once it arrived in Italy: initially they omitted the house number and, fearing the package would be lost, I modified the address on their website indicating the nearest post office as a pick-up point. On this latter address they then forgot to write my surname. Fortunately, the clerk, seeing my identity card and the email with the tracking number, handed it over to me anyway, although specifying that she shouldn't have done so due to the missing surname. She blamed the sender, but it's not true: the package had left China with the complete home address. The fault lies with Poste Italiane who lose parts of the address when they take charge of the package and re-label it.

I found my package in a very worrying state: it was torn and left in the mailbox space intended for mail, accessible to everyone. Under these conditions, it could easily have been stolen.. Hello, my son was really looking forward to these football boots. After waiting almost a month, it was very disappointing to receive boots he cannot wear. We paid €66, but the plastic material is extremely hard and caused rubbing and bleeding just from trying them on. This is not simply a matter of preference: the boots hurt his feet and he cannot use them to play football. Sadly, we need to return them. The product description stated that "Neymar" is printed on the back, but this print is missing on the delivered jerseys. Furthermore, to get a refund, they asked me for €30.00 in shipping and didn't even send me the label to print, only a Chinese address.
