My order (LM675MLX) as you can see from the photos is a slopy copy from the original picture. Therefore I was willing to keep them. When I tried to wear them my foot didn't fit. My EU number is 42,5 but the shoes were too narrow and tight even if I ordered No 43. Update: The contact with customer support is a real challenge. Therefore somehow I managed to communicate with the support and there was a response. I'm obligated to reevaluate my comments accordingly with the evolve of this contact.. 2nd update: The customer service response was surprisingly fast and certain. I'm speechless. 😯 I insist to point out that the instructions to contact support are a challenge, but here comes the human factor and interferes to cover up all this lack with a fast response and direct actions. This time again, like the other 2 previous times, the product (overcoat) is of poor quality while the requested size (xl, like the other 2 times) is very small. Yet, when I buy online, the xl size is perfect. Only you have "DISAPPOINTED" me for 3 times! I repeat, besides the poor quality which is very expensive compared to its value, the xl size received is at least 2 times smaller compared to the actual xl. I tried to return the purchase, for 3 times, but my request was never considered and, moreover, I never received a response.. Final definition "A HUGE RIP-OFF!!!".

This field does not exist, how can I make a return. The product is of very poor quality, does not match your photos, has a different collar shape, has a hood that is not visible in the photo.
