I ordered Salomon shoes from you, then I received a voucher and ordered these lights. They look good in the photo, but when I opened this package, many parts were already broken, already fell on the floor, and I had to clean for half an hour. Very bad product. Because of my first order with Salomon shoes, the shoes hurt my feet, pressed on both sides. I wrote an email, wanted a return label and to send these shoes back because they were too tight. Until now, no one helps. I want to send the shoes back, can someone help me, at least send an address so I can send the shoes back? Please help me, I am so stressed, don't want any trouble, especially I am nervous because somewhere else I found the same shoes for 90 euros. What I want to say is, send me other shoes, a larger size 44 and 1/2, because these I ordered were 43 and 1/2. If you send me other shoes that might fit, then I agree to pay 90 euros. If you also agree, already my shoes with 43 and 1/2 hurt my feet, pressed on both sides. These Salomon look good, but my number is 43, although I ordered a larger number. So can you help me finally? Absolutely disgraceful — avoid at all costs. This bag is genuinely one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The quality is absolutely terrible, the material feels cheap, and it looks nothing like what I expected. For the price, I expected something that would at least feel remotely decent, but this feels like a complete waste of money. The stitching is poor, the finish is sloppy, and the whole thing feels like it was thrown together with absolutely no attention to detail. It started looking worn out almost immediately, which is ridiculous. Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this bag to anyone. Save your money and buy something else because this is nowhere near worth what they’re charging. Completely disgraceful quality.

Everything is actually as described and works, but!!!! One of the supplied adapters fits and can be tightened, but the threads are of different thicknesses, so that when tightening by hand, the thread skips and then, logically, the connection on the adapter becomes loose again and the entire use is therefore no longer guaranteed. Since I'm a master installer and therefore a specialist, I know what I'm talking about. Nevertheless, everything from the order, tracking, delivery worked great and I am disappointed because I thought everything worked great.

For the first time in the I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. Very cheap metal maybe just an imitation 🤮 Everything else plastic and is not usable. I was really looking forward to it and wanted to give it as a gift, but I can't expect that from anyone. Joom is still a very good platform and great service. Only for that there is a 100% recommendation 👍 One more addendum! Joom is absolutely top notch, refund! I fantastic. Can't get any better. I found a similar product made of high quality brass here on Joom. I can highly recommend this!

Very thin material and takes a little longer to put on. ;-))) very slippery let's see how it is when you wear them longer, whether they stay where they belong or whether you have to constantly put them back on or adjust them, my employer would be happy if I had to constantly adjust them. ;-))) Thank you very much for the very fast delivery. I've worn the item for a few days now, no longer have any pressure points, BUT NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYDAY use. If you run longer, you take off the parts. That's why only 4* and unfortunately it won't be 5*
