👢 I received the summer boots after three weeks of delivery, very well packaged and consolidated, delivered to Austria. 👢 The model is available in three colors and several sizes and can be tied at the side. You slip into the boots, which are open at the front. 👢 I ordered the product for a friend and the size fits perfectly. 👢 Upon delivery, the shoes had a strong smell that dissipated over time. Visually, the boots look like rough leather and are very chic and easy to combine with jeans, trousers of various kinds and also with skirts. I would highly recommend this model 👍. The size, to be honest, is quite tight, because since they are flip-flops I like them to have a little extra room 😃 and they fit me well but I ordered one size up specifically to have margin and they fit just right ⚠️ so keep that in mind ⚠️ The flip-flops are great to be honest, the design of the upper part is like a padded fabric but it's all plastic but visually it looks like padded fabric they are great 💪 Correct packaging 📦 They are comfortable 👍 These aren't those rigid ones, these are flexible and super comfortable and pleasant to wear 🤩 100% recommended 💯 Fast shipping ✈️

Size 37 according to the size chart is 23-23.5 cm. The inner sole of the shoe delivered is 24.2cm. It is too big yet farcically Joom claim that it is suitable! In addition correspondence between us was abysmally slow. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOOM AS A TRADER AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM JOOM AGAIN

I ordered a size 38 for a size 38 foot, but it was much too small, more like a size 36, labeled as size 38. They didn't give me a refund because they think I ordered the wrong size.
