Lech, when we filled the containers with shampoos and soap, after an hour the entire content flowed out of one container!!!! It pours without moving the lever. I ordered 3 glasses. Not one of them arrived in a proper case! Just bubble wrap. I order. Photochomatic glasses - This one was Pink glass and I didn't receive it. I received normal cheap black glass. Total rip off. Charge Euro 24 for one pair of glasses but the real price is probably 3 euro max. No cases, nothing. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I will buy somewhere else. Not here on Joom

Unfortunately, the order arrived incomplete. Out of the 7 items ordered, I only received 6, of which 2 are identical. Furthermore, these two items do not match the products presented in the images and description.. Please check the problem and help me with a resolution. I hope we can find a correct solution. I am not satisfied. I didn't have the opportunity to check what it looked like beforehand because I was renovating my apartment and unfortunately the warranty expired. The color in the photo is black-gray, I received green. The pattern is unclear. I bought other mats and everything was fine. The tablecloth arrived badly packed. It needed to be rolled up and straight in a tube. This tablecloth has folds that can't be straightened out. It is ruined. Also the tablecloth is not white and does not match my white table. I would like a refund. Robin

Very disappointed with this product. It is not genuinely waterproof as advertised, and the overall quality is poor. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and performance. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.

This product can not produce sphere shape ice as promised. Ice remained stuck together inside the product. It's definitely not functional or practical. I will refund that product, You can see related picture in the attachment.

I received a bedspread in a different color than I ordered. I want to return it because I don't like it and it doesn't match my room's decor. The bedspread is in its original packaging, I did not take it out of the foil.
