I ordered a case for an A8Plus phone but received an A8, despite the specification being clearly written. Also, the product was described as a Leather case. It is not leather I can assure you but some artificial polyurethane. But I assumed from the start that would be the case. Now comes the problem. When wanting to return the product and following indications from the Help Centre, the page prompts you to click some non-existent Support button. You can look far and wide you will not find anything close to that or making possible a return. The Refunds & Return procedure is not active despite deceptively having the name and appearance

It is of great quality, but I increasingly believe that too much technology, Americanisms, the arrogance of those who need more and more to earn in every detail of the things they do, in order not to fail, are outdated: therefore I will have less and less need for the covers, or blankets, of the (not very intelligent) smartphones that they are destined to contain: somehow we will adapt to survive without the false intelligence, not very intelligent, that I see and hope for in our dear ancient civilizations that, thanks to our ancestors, will continue to support us. The case does not fit this Samsung Galaxy S10 5G phone with length 162.6 width 77.1 and thickness 7.9 mm. The three dimensions are insufficient. The product is not suitable. Can you send me another shell with the correct dimensions? because the case is correct and I will carry out the transfer. I ordered a phone case for a specific model of phones which is a little outdated and to be honest I was aware that some mistakes could be made with this order, but the result is that the case itself didn’t come, they just sent me a small carton box in which they put a small textile bag. My guess is that the case itself wasn’t put inside the package as a mistake, but it certainly was a disappointing experience.

The phone case they delivered to me does not correspond to the phone case I bought. The camera of my phone is the one seen in the photo of the one I bought, and the one they sent me has it in another place. I am sending a photo. It is not useful to me because my camera is on the side, not in the center. The second one is the one I bought, and the first one is the one they sent me, which is why it is not useful to me. How can I make a return?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to insert the phone into the internal holder nor it is possible to close the upper flip in order that the magne holds the case closed (see the attached pictures). I estimate that the internal phone holder isn't properly aligned with the camera window on the rear side of the case. The difference is about 1 mm, but large enough to cause the described problem.

I ordered and PAID for 3 pieces/ No. X62WLVN5 Honor Magic V2 case/, but only ONE PIECE arrived. I couldn't find any information about the seller anywhere on the site to complain. So I bought one piece for the price of three. I am attaching photos of the original package I received. I would be very happy if the seller corrected his mistake.
