I slip & slide around heaps when walking. Particularly when walking on carpet😨😦🤦🏼‍♀️. · Difficult to walk in. I can't definitively put my finger on what exactly the problem is but I find it difficult to walk in these. I own plenty of similar style heels so I'm very confused & very disappointed...🤔🤷🏼‍♀️😞. · Tops of shoes painfully dig into skin on tops of my feet🥴. · I REALLY like the square-shaped toes making the shoes wider & less crammed like other heels👍🏻👏🏻. · They look stunning✨💜, but the ❌cons❌ far outweigh the ✅pros✅ unfortunately.

Shipping was fast. The colours and pictures are nice. But the quality is so poor it's not really usable. We are very disappointed. It arrived with a rip in the bottom and seams that were already pulling apart. The material is so thin it would likely be prone to crack or rip very easily. There isn't any padding in the straps. The zipper is very cheap and arrived broken. For $66 this is way overpriced relative to the quality of the product. Would not recommend this buy. Trying to request a return/refund. So hard to find where to contact for help support. Joom has been very helpful.

Long delivery time which is not a problem for me because it comes from China. But I paid over 100 euros and the shoes don't look like the picture at all. The picture shows golden sequins and when I unpacked the shoes there were no sequins but the application was printed on them. The shoe is not ugly but does not correspond at all to what is shown in the picture. A pity

After a day of using the bag, the zipper on a small pouch broke! 😡 Knowing that this is a pouch that was handled only twice! Another disappointment, besides the quality, considering the price paid, is the inability to send a complaint accompanied by photos and video to customer service! Despite several attempts... First order on Joom, big disappointment!

Really beautiful and well-made shoes, refined design, excellent quality material. only a small note that however is not intended as a criticism, the size is correct although I must say that if there had been a larger size I would have preferred it but from what I see many shoe models on joom do not come in large sizes, a shame. For everything else it's ok, I was very happy.

The description says "as in the picture". In the picture there was a backpack, a fanny pack, and also a laptop bag. Of course, the cheapest product arrived, which is 88 zł, a pencil case that costs a maximum of 5 zł. It's really very poor quality, I do not recommend it. I thought i was reorderring shoes id previously bought and loved but ordered these by mistake. They are very uncomfortable and i dont like the style. Heel is like plastic and gives no support. Refund process in Joom app a nightmare. I keep going round in a loop. Cant get to generate a return so will give shoes to a charity shop

Unfortunately not real leather, there is glue on the boot. Quality not good. 70% of the price was refunded, hence 3 stars. I could give a better rating if the seller would write an honest description for the item. Otherwise, you can buy similar (possibly more expensive) boots made of real leather elsewhere.
