The item arrived here well packaged and was also provided with loving, self-written messages and greetings and there was also a keychain as a gift. That's all very nice and I would have liked to give 5 stars too...but it's the wrong item, I didn't order it!!! I ordered a maritime wall clock with a maritime dial. I got a wall clock with a flower face and the Cambridge theme!!! What am I supposed to do with that???? I paid a lot of money for it and I am sent a completely different item! I don't accept that! Send me the right watch face or I want my money back!!! See photos.

The sundial compass is as described. The goods were packed very securely in double boxes with lots of styrofoam, so there was no transport damage! The seller even gave me a leather pouch as a gift, along with a personal dedication! 😀 Thank you for that! Unfortunately, the package - for whatever reason - lay in the customs clearance in Frankfurt for almost six weeks, which is why the announced delivery time was not kept. But the seller is not responsible for that, so there are full points! I highly recommend the compass and this seller!

Dear seller, it took 2.5 months to get this order… I wasn’t sure I will receive it… My suggestion is that you should offer the cheap transport together with the expensive one like DHL. Although the product is absolutely fine, I will never ever order anything from your store or Joom anymore, because I don’t want to experience these bad emotions concerning transport, ever again. Maybe India is too far away from Europe. Still, I got considerably much faster results from China with Temu…

Delivery time from India was long, but reasonable for me. The quality disappoints me in that the 3 wooden segments are partly very different in color. The handle does not correspond to the offer shown in the photo. I insist on the ordered handle. Joom has been activated. Many thanks. very well packaged and arrived in one piece. A very nice telescope, made by hand as it used to be and, although it is more of a decorative item, achieves precise magnification. The telescope is a lot of fun. The handwork is enormous and as desired. a very beautiful, noble and massive telescope like back then. and thanks for the handwritten notes.
