Hello, This is the first time something like this has happened to me.. I ordered a brown dress and received a light beige dress. The latter also has a blue stain on the front. . I also ordered a beige jacket to go with my brown dress, so it doesn't fit either because it doesn't stand out at all and it's also small and I don't fit into it. I therefore request a full refund for the 2 items in my order.. Please give me the procedure to follow to return these 2 defective items to you, one of which has a blue stain and is not the correct color initially ordered and the other is not the correct color and is too small.. Good afternoon. From the image sent by “Zuecos_01”, the clogs on the left I ordered them on 20/06/2024 and the order was Y69684VG, this order was for size 37/38. I have put the ones I received from the order 28DWY7GX that I ordered for the same size 37/38 and you can see that they are more than one centimeter smaller, they are probably size 35/36. Attached image “Zuecos_02” of the measurements in centimeters of the clogs. I would like to exchange the black clogs of the order 28DWY7GX for the correct size_37/38. Thank you

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered the trousers in size 4 xl from you but the trousers were only delivered in size 3 xl. Which doesn't fit me. The color is different, it's sewn like a hatchet and makes me wonder if the only material China has is polyester, it sits poorly on the body and is generally poor quality, anyway I can't say I wasn't expecting it but I know that after about 2 months I'll end up buying something like this again, reaching the same inevitable fate of buying, regretting and wearing it anyway because I have nothing better to wear.

Polyester protects a little from the wind, but still allows the skin to breathe, so you feel very comfortable in it during the transitional period. And finally, I have found the right size for me with the selected size. With Chinese models, you have to order at least 2-3 sizes larger than in Europe.
