This Awdis sweatshirt fits comfortably, which means that if you have to use it for outdoor activities or if you like to be particularly comfortable, I suggest you take your size; if, on the other hand, you like to dress more closely, I recommend a size down. I took an M, and I'll use this sweatshirt for cycling, as as you can see from the video, it doesn't squeeze my arms, so I'll be able to dress in layers and it will give me comfort and flexibility in my movements.
