Date Lady Date Sugar 12 Oz 340 G

Product Information: Crushed Dates and Sweet Flavor? Shebrings Good Stuff™ GMO-Free USDA Organic Certified Kosher Parve Certified Gluten-Free MOSA Organic Certified Date sugar adds a soft sweetness to baking and provides fiber and minerals not found in other sweeteners. Because it is made from crushed dates and contains dietary fiber, it does not dissolve well in hot or cold beverages. It is recommended to use date sugar instead of the total sugar amount required in recipes. However, date sugars tend to absorb liquid because they are made using whole dates and contain dietary fiber. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce the amount of date powder in recipes by 25%.
