A month of delivery to receive a product that doesn't work... And on top of that it's super difficult on the site to find where to request the refund. to contact them for an update you have to download their app (even though I placed the order online). Bunch of scammers.

remote control that functionally perfectly replaces the original remote control. Pressing the keys is just a little more resistant on this one. I keep the packaging around the remote control to prevent the markings from being erased by use.

I ordered for a Denon AVR-3802 and it's perfect. It communicated with the amplifier immediately, no settings needed. It's also better than the original one because it's smaller and much lighter. I received the r.c. within the estimated time.

Not fully compatible with the Panasonic 58EX730E. Its reference ends in ...1010 while it takes ...1115 ! But it's my mistake. The batteries move around in the passenger compartment if you don't prop them up a little.

This remote is compatible with Blaupunkt 32FBC5000 TV, which is blaupunkt's clone of chisese tv: Changhong AI PONT L32H series TV. It might be compatible with other blaupunkt tv with this type of remotes.

I have not received this item. Tracking states that it was delivered on the 16th August. I received an email on the 20th stating that it was still being sent to my country. Please refund.
