The order arrived in 28 days and was well packed in a normal plastic foil envelope. In addition, the product was packed in a cardboard box. What I find very hygienic is that a film was also welded around the box. The product is a foundation. I'd say it's more of a well-tinted day cream that's moisturizing than a lack of make-up. The cream smells really good and the color suits my skin tone perfectly. But that's more of a coincidence. I used the product images as a guide and since I'm very pale, I chose this color. I applied the cream as a foundation under my normal day makeup. What make-up I usually use can be seen in the pictures. The cream is very rich and moisturizing. That's why I didn't use any cream underneath. I think that if you don't have any major problems, the cream is probably enough as a make-up substitute, because it covers lightly. However, I have neurodermatitis and very dry skin, so it is not enough for me to achieve a halfway reasonable result. I added a picture where I just applied the cream. Furthermore, a picture of my cheek so that you can see the degree of coverage and a picture with the finished make-up result, whereby I used my day make-up and mattifying powder here. I was very curious how well I tolerate the product, but I don't react to it at all. No itching, no redness. My skin actually feels better than before. Normally that's not the case and I always have to work a lot with creams after removing my make-up so that I don't look like a zombie. I am really very satisfied and will also order more from here. I highly recommend it, especially if you have dry skin like me.

Shipment to South Africa was a bit more than a month. The little box was a bit damaged but the product inside was perfectly fine. It came with an aplication brush that was packed in a very nice plastic sleave. The top of the brush was loose and came off but that can be fixed. The brush it self was is good quality and i believe that you can use it for an eyeliner brush when you are done with the serum. There are no instructions in or on the box or the product, though in the product description here on the site they explain how you should use the product. For packaging and shipment I give it 4 stars, i do not know if the product works yet but if it does then i will come re rate it as an 5 star. I will also try and post some pics of the growth if there is any, if there is no growth i wil be changing my rating to 3 stars. I would say that if you want to try it out then its deffinitly worth the try. Just remember that just because it did or did not work for me doesnt mean the same applies to you. For the price i think its worth a shot.
