Worst scam ever. Advertise smartwatch, send little plastic patch in the shape of a smartwatch screen protector, but made of plastic so thin, you can literally stick your finger through it. Claim it's worth €12. Even worse than that, I contacted the helpdesk before it was sent. Got told it's too late, have to wait for it to arrive, then send it back. Newsflash, sending it back costs you even more money you will never see again. Don't buy anything from this app. It's not a question of IF you're gonna get scammed. You will. Just throw your money out a window. Same result, just less work and stress. The only Chinese company that doesn't F you over too much, is AliExpress. You will still get scammed sometimes, but at least you get something worthwhile every now and then. The rest of them is just one scam after another. Tried Alibaba, bought two items, got scammed twice. Tried Temu. The times you actually get something, it's such bad quality, you might as well have been scammed. Tried so many, all a waste of money. They literally lie to your face about what they're selling, and if you complain afterwards, they just say what did you expect for that price. Well for €12 I definitely did not expect two circular pieces of sandwich wrapper plastic!!! Not to mention the weeks you have to wait to get scammed!! I'm done with China. Thanks for nothing

Not infrequently in the not-too-distant past, I bought jeans from you, and several times, high-quality pants with denim fabric that matched the picture/the pants on the website. Not these pants. There is no connection whatsoever between the pants I received and the pants on the website/in the picture. The pants on the website/in the picture are jeans in the full sense of the word. The pants I received are pants that pretend to be jeans. And again, there is no connection in any parameter between them and the ones advertised on the website. Unfortunately, this is a deception of the entire buying public for these jeans. Simply a disappointment, and this is the second time in the last month and a half. And unfortunately, this will also be the last time I purchase jeans from you. All the best. By the way, in the not-so-distant past, when I bought jeans from you, not one pair but at least three, the price was around 80 shekels per pair. Which were and still are used jeans in the full sense of the word. And these pants cost about 130 shekels, as mentioned, pants that pretend to be jeans and do not match, as mentioned, those advertised on the website. Simply a disappointment. Well, if my first response above regarding these pants was not enough, then here is the second one: No use was made of these pants for all the reasons detailed above in my first response. The next morning, I placed them on a bench in the street to make the first finder happy, hoping they would use them. This is the best I could do with this unnecessary financial expense. With 23 days of delivery time, you really don't make your customers happy! After I finally received the mosquito repellent BRS-Q1, I refilled the butane gas and only after 20 attempts did a first piezo ignition process work, I could see the small glow filament! The pad plate became warm, however (electronically measured) only 53 degrees Celsius. After approx. 10 minutes, the device, i.e. the small flame, simply went out. The gas tank is 75% full. But further ignition attempts are in vain - only a short "puff" and despite the ignition spark, which I can see, there is no "start" - and even after 20 attempts. In any case, I didn't imagine it like this. I EXPECTED A WORKING DEVICE and if I send this defective device back, I will probably have to plan for another 23 days of shipping time.. QUESTION: Is it possible for you to send me a truly intact device faster???? What suggestions can you make to me? Is there no proper final inspection of the items to be shipped among your suppliers???? P.S.: Unfortunately, a photo of an intact item cannot be taken - logically! The item arrived from China in an ultra-thin cardboard box. Which was already opened. The item was already damaged. An adapter was included, but not for standardized German sockets. I have to write back and forth about 10 times. Send photos clearly showing that the item was already damaged. Then you are forced to send a video. And a third one. Then the adapter doesn't fit. Then you are told to use a different socket, which is not possible. Because they are standardized. Then you are rudely asked to use a different adapter. I'm not going to buy a NEW adapter for a broken device. Then it was still not good. I removed the socket AND THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK. JUNK!! Very unprofessional.. This is not how you treat customers who are supposed to order again. Total catastrophe!!! Problem still not solved. Sitting on a defective item which of course NO ONE can use. Waiting for my money and return slip. They are playing for time with further demands. But no solution offer
