I bought these sneakers intending to return them because they didn't meet my expectations, but the after-sales experience has been very bad. The seller demands that the buyer pay for the return (up to that point, acceptable), but constantly delays sending the address and instructions needed to return the item, despite me sending the requested photos and confirming within the deadline that I wanted to return it.. The return period is limited and, without the information that only the seller can provide, the process becomes impossible to complete on time. Communication is slow and unhelpful, which causes quite a bit of frustration.. I recommend considering not only the product but also the returns management, because if a problem arises, the support may not be agile..

I've been using this shoe model for over 3 years, they are exceptional, so I know them very well. The product just purchased corresponds to the original. The only things noticed are: lack of the second pair of laces (in all 4 pairs of shoes that I bought elsewhere, there were 2 pairs of different laces) and the second is slightly longer by half a centimeter than the ones I have, even though the insole has the identical measurements to the old ones (it could be the classic case of a second choice). For me there are no problems, I would buy them again. Very fast shipping, I was amazed considering the reviews read before purchasing. From my experience the site is reliable and I would recommend it.

We have received the shoes, however we have noticed an error regarding the size.. According to the reference chart indicated on your website (see attached photo), for a size 38.5, the corresponding length is 23.7 cm. Or, inside the shoe received, it is indicated 24 cm (see attached photo). Furthermore, once tried on, the shoes seem noticeably larger than expected, which confirms that the actual length is greater than expected for a size 38.5.. Could you tell us how to proceed to correct this situation?

The sole is not white, but gray/purple due to poor workmanship. I had to discuss with support for 3 days until I received a paid return label and my refund was approved. Bad product, bad support.. addendum: I returned the shipment a month ago after a long discussion. According to the tracking, the return was delivered, yet I am supposed to pay the full amount for the shoes. JOOM is a fraudulent company and I will take legal action against this business.
