Product arrived timely and unharmed! It has a good combination between solid, sturdy, but still flexible. First time use, left it few minutes then washed since instructions lacks the most important info which is how long to leave it on, as a first test drive of using the shampoo, it shows some promise but maybe I needed to leave it longer on, hair is a bit stiff and looking dry afterwards although I washed, conditioned and air dried on cold then had use oil for shine and softness
