The parcel was terrible, they left the package at another address, the lady who received it did not want to deliver it to me and said I would deliver her package and she gave me my package. At my address they never delivered the package of the lady. Today Mrs. I give it to my husband. Because you work with such irresponsible parcels. Look for a parcel with responsibility and make no mistake. Yesterday I had a lot of problems with the lady who had my package.

The ruler is made from stainless steel sheet that is too thin and flexible for its intended use. As a result it got badly damaged in the post. It had got badly bent, also there are two deep scores in the metal. This may also have been due to the flimsy packaging which offered no protecting during transit. It could have been a quality tool with just a little more thought.
