the product is good but the delivery is too slow and I had also ordered 3 products together but they did not arrive simultaneously I am still waiting for the other 2. Virtually non-existent traceability, weeks stopped and to date nothing is known about the order or customer service from information about it.

Looks as described but haven't tried it yet. Hope it helps fix my chewing. I've tried this item a few times now. The heels on both sides are too short. Medium press is with magnet and does not lift or pinch toenails at all. item is useless...

Less than a week after piercing, the curls turned black and an infection was created on my ear. Luckily I realized that I removed and replaced them. I would like to be reimbursed but do not know the terms???

Useless. The studs don't have a pointed end but are shaped like a handle. I can't get them through my pierced ears. After opening and closing them three times, one of them broke. Strange rubbish that is just frustrating for me.

Didn't receive Polywatch product as in the images, but instead an "Erjihe", a Chinese version. I'm fine with paying for an alternative, but 1) the listing is kind of lying and 2) supposedly the product is not as fine-grained as the real thing.
