Jooms consumer rights are a joke. I ordered this according to the size charts on the product page. It was way too big. I send refund request hassling with taking photos and stuff. Joom denies the request and demands that I *measure* the item?!? What measures do they mean? They just construct more and more loops for you to hop through until you give up. They say I also have the option to return at self-cost but provide no adress. I bought five items, all too big, all based on the item descriptions, from different vendors. So I have to fund return cost

Very qualitative material. It is not provided. It has no smell. Double-stitched very durable shoulder straps that do not cut into the shoulder. The sponge is in good shape, without defects. A little small for the D cup, but not too big. I am very very pleased.

Size guide is incorrect. I ordered xxl after measuring myself as per the guide The swimming costume is 2 sizes too big! I'm usually a large 14, this would fit 18+. The quality is good but be careful when choosing your size.

The straps do not match the pictures. Specifically wanted crossed back straps. The step is 5cm too narrow. I can't wear this swimsuit

Unfortunately, the zipper is too loose at the top and opens by itself when you move your arms. The zipper should have a lock against automatic unfastening.

This is supposed to be 3XL and it won't be taken back. Photos simply won't upload and the return is rejected. This is a case for the lawyer.
